Today the women of Church in the Canyon in Calabasas, California will be gathering with their sewing baskets – they will be stitching pocket-bags to be distributed with wheelchairs delivered this year through Wheels for the World! The last time they met, they sewed 70 pocket-bags, and they hope to do more today. My word to these precious women? “This service that you perform is overflowing and many expressions of thanks to God” (II Corinthians 9:12). Would you like to get your sewing circle involved? Then drop a line to our Wheels for the World team!
