The Nativity (Part 1)

This is a drawing of Joni’s. What do you see? It is a picture of a mother holding a baby. I bet you can guess who that mother and baby are. It’s Mary and Jesus, of course! What else do you see? Do you see it looks like it is dark except for some light shining right on Jesus? Why do you think Joni drew it like that? Where is the light coming from? Do you see the clothes Mary is wearing?
