Heart for the Disabled: Day 3

Monday and Wednesday we talked about two families who can use some extra help remembering God’s love. All of the cards and notes sent in for these families will be put together in a big box for the family to open on Valentine’s Day! Today’s family is Joshua and Jonathan and their dad Calvin. Joshua is 14 and Jonathan is 12. Their mother went to heaven a few years ago, and they miss her a lot. Jonathan has a kind of autism which makes him not understand a lot of things. He doesn’t know things can hurt him, and so someone always needs to watch him. He also likes to move all the time! It can be hard for his dad and his brother to keep up with him.
