Area Director
Fred Hammer brings over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience in the greater Sacramento area to his management of the Central California Area Office. Fred is passionate about equipping the local church to embrace, serve, and include individuals and families living with disability. His heart for ministry and commitment to relational leadership make him a trusted guide for churches seeking to build more inclusive and compassionate communities.
