Does God hear?

Can God hear us when we pray? Does He even want to? Yes! Over and over in the Bible God tells us that He hears us when we pray. Jesus even made certain to let us know that children have a special place with Him! Luke 18:16 says, “But Jesus asked the children to come to him. ‘Let the little children come to me,’ he said. ‘Don’t keep them away. God’s kingdom belongs to people like them.’” God loves to hear you pray to Him! But there are times when God says He does not listen to someone’s prayer. When are those times? It is when we are proud or sinning on purpose again and again. That is one reason why it is important to remember to ask God to forgive us for the wrong things we do. When we tell God we are sorry for the things we do that do not please Him, we can always be sure that God will hear our prayers. Are there other questions you have about prayer?
