Wheels for the World – Haiti

On Friday, February 18, Joni and Friends president, Doug Mazza, leaves for Haiti with our Wheels for the World team – please be praying for the safety of the Wheels team as they travel to and minister in Port-au-Prince and surrounding villages. We’ll be serving the many people with disabilities in the region over five days of outreach. On Sunday, February 20, Doug will be speaking at the Eglise Chretien de Delmas church, encouraging the congregation to embrace the many Haitians now dealing with significant disabilities as a result of last year’s earthquake. We are honored that Joni and Friends helped build the completely accessible worship center at Eglise Chretien de Delmas, all to American standards to make certain it’s not only accessible, but safe!
