A Blessed Birthday!

Today is October 15, my birthday – and I don’t feel bad at all about turning 62 :-). I am praising God for his extraordinary grace in sustaining me with health, strength, and energy (sure, my body has its problems, but overall, this quadriplegic is doing pretty good)! Tonight Ken and I will be going out to our favorite little Italian restaurant down the hill from Joni and Friends. The owner, Giuseppe Belisario (pictured here), will welcome us with open arms, kisses on both cheeks, and the best lobster ravioli ever. And, of course, candles on homemade tiramisu birthday cake.
