Martin Luther. Charles Finney. Susanna Wesley. Great saints these are. Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. And we can all look to wonderful saints of the past for inspiration, but just who are the great Christians of today? And for that matter, what makes them... great in the kingdom of God? Listen to what Matthew chapter 18, verse 4 says, “whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” There you have it. If you want to be great in the kingdom of Christ, be like a child: trust without reservation… look to your father for all your needs… willingly place your hand in the One who’s guiding your future… sleep peaceably for you know you’re being cared for and watched over… and always take the lowly, most humble position. Jesus says, “Let the little children come unto me.” And those words are meant for any child of God.
