“And then he told them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.'”

Mark 16:15

Mary arrived at our Wheels for the World outreach in Haiti worn out and weary.  She was carrying her 7-year-old grandson, Moses and had traveled by bus for over four hours to reach the wheelchair distribution.

Moses was born without part of his right leg. Mary does her best to care for him, but as his grandmother with 11 grandchildren to care for, she can only do so much. She knew that she would never be able to afford a much-needed wheelchair for grandson.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Jeremiah 29:11

Mary brought Moses to our Wheels for the World outreach that day hoping to receive a wheelchair. But your support made it possible for them to receive even more! Moses not only received a wheelchair, he also the greatest gift—a Bible!

“Oh, Lord, everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand”

1 Chronicles 29:14

When mechanics finished fitting Moses’ wheelchair, he tried it out for the first time. He was beaming! Then a Haitian pastor laid his hands on Moses and prayed over the young boy. The seeds of God’s word and truth were planted in Moses’ heart that day—your prayers and financial faithfulness made that possible.
