ShareIn order to offer a certificate level course, leaders must first take a Beyond Suffering course and receive a Certificate of Completion. Leaders are then eligible to complete an application process and be approved by the Christian Institute on Disability. This process includes completing a Leadership Application and a personal interview with the CID Director of Academic Studies.
