Please fill out our form and "submit" it.The following criteria can be used as a guideline to determine its appropriateness for our list:

1. Must be a Christian church or organization, (or associated with one,) which is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit.
2. Must be in agreement with the Joni and Friends Statement of Faith
3. Should have a ministry with/to the disability community. If the ministry consists mainly of an accessible facility, then it must be an especially friendly/accommodating environment for people with disabilities.
4. Must minister primarily within the local community.
