Danelle serves as executive assistant to our president and administrator here at Joni and Friends, and does a great job at it! Earlier this week, we held a wedding shower for her during staff lunch break (the big day is only a week or so away). Because Danelle loves animal prints, all of us decided to wear something zebra or leopard-like – except that Ken has absolutely no animal print shirts in his closet (why would he?!). So to fit the theme, he decided to don his hunting jacket and a bear hat! We had a great time (with all the lions and tigers and bears, oh my)! All of us here at the ministry congratulate Danelle as she and her fiancé Chuck embark on a new life together – and thanks for praying for them, too!
