I know you will not find my surprising...I "met" you when I was in my 20's as I followed your story, your art, and your faith. I am now 60 (!) and happily married for 16 years. I follow you on Facebook and was intrigued by your book about your life with Ken. Finally, I ordered it! The day it came, I had had a horrrible argument with my sweet husband - on date night no less! Words were said that hurt us both deeply and left me frightened, wondering if we would recover. I opened your book that evening and began to read....I finished it the next day and that's when the Holy Spirit began to gently blow healing winds and an invitation to try again. We got through our misunderstandings and fears that were driving our harsh words. We renewed our faith and our love for each other in a way we have never experienced. I thank you for your story, your faith, your openess. Blessings, and more blessings to you and Ken. In Christ, Jean

Dearest Joni, I viewed this with my husband & was so touched by the spirit of God that eminates through you & your husband Ken. I can see that it is solely through the strength & help of our creator that you both stand so strong & sure. I too can testify to God's keeping power in my marriage. So many are under the attacks of the enemy and as we know, whatever God ordains the evil one tries to tear down. Please know that you are in our prayers & how refreshing it is to see how you simply serve Jesus without the fanfare so many so called, "Ministers Of God" are grasping for these last days! I am so looking forward to reading your book! May God continue to flourish your ministry. In Christ, Joanne

You and Ken have me through the years as a married couple with amazing strengths and love that has truly glorified our God. At this time, I am in a battle with Breast Cancer for the 2nd time after 25 years and am trusting and leaning on my Saviour even tho my faith is weak at times and my prognosis is unknown. My prayer is that I will be a "Sweet Fragrance" and a testimony like Joni has been all these years.
