Kempton Turner Family

Every year, I ask radio listeners to join our “Heart for the Disabled” project by sending cards and gifts to five special needs families. Well, on February 14, each of these families was surprised with a big box at their front door full of your letters, drawings, poems, gift cards, stuffed animals—and encouragement! Kempton and Caryn had so much fun opening all the cards and gifts with their four children (just take a look at the pictures they sent of the kids smiling with their gifts in hand!). Every single note, drawing, and gift was a demonstration of Christ’s love and care to their family. So friends, thank you … thank you for loving these special needs families with the love of Jesus.

Dear Kempton and Caryn. What a nice surprise for me to see your family enjoying your mail. Thank you for taking the time to make such a wonderful display. I wrote to you hoping you might feel better in your daily trials . I have had a fun time looking over all the bright, happy cards. Your happy smiles have made me feel better. God bless you at Easter time with love and always. Linda

Thank you so much for letting us all see those smiles! It was such an honor to be able to help encourage this family, and the others too. Thank you Joni, and let's keep sharing our hearts. Blessings, Deborah
