Dana Croxton serving with Wheels for the World,,,19 years and counting!Your life is a testimony to others. When you choose to serve people with disabilities, others notice. Meet Dana Croxton, a living testimony of what can happen when Jesus uses you to serve others. For 19 years, Dana’s been using his skills as a mechanic to serve people with disabilities. He’s also passing on the torch and teaching others to do the same through Joni and Friends Wheels for the World. Before Dana learned about the Wheels for the World ministry at a conference in 1996, he felt empty and searched for real purpose in his life. But after learning about Wheels, he knew he’d found his calling. Dana dedicated the rest of his life to serving people with disabilities. Dana’s newly discovered calling was now a testimony to others as he traveled to dozens of developing countries including Cuba, Uganda, Thailand, and Brazil sharing the good news of the Gospel and delivering wheelchairs. At 63, Dana’s not planning on slowing down anytime soon as he bears much fruit for the kingdom. “God has softened my heart greatly and helped me see people the way that He sees them. My life has not been easy and I had a lot of rough edges. The Lord uses the work I’m doing, and made me more like Him because of it,” Dana said.

Do you have a desire to serve? “Don’t hold back, go!” Dana told us. “Be prepared for Jesus Christ to change your life at a Wheels trip. Take a step of faith and let God use you in the area you’re interested in serving. He will guide you and grow you spiritually.”
