joni in the radio studioOh, how amazed I am at the way God uses your prayers. Like early this morning when I entered the recording studio – I wondered where I'd find the energy for the day, but the Spirit of Jesus gave grace-after-grace as each hour went by (it's now 4:00 pm and we just finished). What a marathon! Thank you for partnering with me today through your intercessions. As my words were recorded, I kept thinking how each of us (through our own words) have a chance every day to nudge people either closer to Christ, or away from him. We are either 'talking up' Jesus, or 'talking him down.' Proverbs 18:21 says, "The tongue has the power of life and death." Today, let's agree to offer words that encourage, inspire, and bring… Life!

Dear Joni and friends, Dear Heavenly Father, We rejoice together in Your abiding love, grace and gentle mercies which are new each day. Praying for Joni and Friends and their work in progress, dedicated to bringing others closer to You. We celebrate each day with thankfulness for abundant pardon and blessings. I have many health issues, plus 80 years of age to deal with and my energy level is almost non-existent. But when God has reason for me to do something, He does give supernatural strength in answer to prayer and I praise Him for that! And for giving me the blessing of Him using my mind and fingers to post blessings by internet to encourage others. I might not choose what He has chosen for me but at least I know what He chooses is perfect!!!! You are a blessing Joni.
