When Joni recently spoke at Dallas Theological Seminary, the student response was amazing (Joni was at DTS to draw attention to the disability ministry class which our JAF Christian Institute on Disability helped design… she is pictured here with Prof. Daniel Thomson and Dr. Larry Waters, instructors). Joni and Friends is currently registering interns for our Cause 4 Life Ministry and Missions Academy, an eight-week course from June 11-August 3 which includes classroom studies at the IDC, serving hands-on at our Southern California Family Retreat, and finally, traveling with us to Haiti to minister the love of Christ to those with disabilities.
