On Monday, we popped into the mailroom just in time to see Billy getting ready to send off our Heart for the Disabled packages – 5 big boxes being mailed to 5 special-needs families for Valentine's Day. Hundreds of listeners to the "Joni and Friends" radio program sent in poems, hymns, handmade cards, letters, and gift cards to everything from McDonald's to Baskin-Robbins – these weary, burdened families haven't a clue about this, so be praying that God will use these surprise packages to bring all the Christ-centered encouragement that's needed on February 14!

- International Outreach Heightening disability awareness and training worldwide.
- International Family Retreats Providing Christian retreats in other nations for families affected by disability.
- TeamMED Outreaches addressing medical, dental, and rehabilitation issues.
- Total Access International outreach teams that focus on accessibility construction projects.
