Whether from a mountaintop or in a blog, I have to shout it out today: I'm so grateful to God for my husband, Ken. Yes, my disability has made our marriage hard, but oh, so rich (you’ll read about that in our upcoming book). As Dr. Dobson says, "A good marriage is not one where perfection reigns; it is a relationship where a healthy perspective constantly overlooks a multitude of 'unresolvables.'" Ken and I like to call it keeping "The Big Picture" -- in other words, let’s not sweat the small stuff; instead, “unresolvables” will teach us to be flexible, learn how to defer to one another, and push us to lean on Jesus. I trust the same is true in all your relationships this Valentine's Day. Have a happy Valentine's Day!
