Get Ready for the National Day of Prayer!

May 5th and the National Day of Prayer is right around the corner, and it’s time to get your church or community organization involved. Join the more than 2 million Americans across the nation who will be gathering that day to lift the needs of their local government and the nation before the Lord. “Our country is in desperate need of prayer,” says Joni, Honorary Chair of the 2011 NDP, “and God is looking for people to pray for revival and renewal in our land.” We invite you to get a head-start on the prayer effort by posting your prayer for our nation today on the Joni and Friends’ blog!

Begin planning now for a National Day of Prayer gathering in your own town. Check out these resources to help you get started. And don’t forget to visit our NDP page on the Joni and Friends’ website for ideas on including people with disabilities. I have never been uplifted in my life as this hour when I see God leading me over obstacles few in the midst could template. As the nations of God face challenges, I pray that Almighty God guides us through. Amen

Hello Friends! Just wanted to let Ohio folks know that in Columbus I will be reading Joni's Prayer and we will have adults with developmental delays leading us with the Pledge of Allegiance!!! It is my prayer that all the world will know how Great, and Real our God is.. He has been un-revered for far too long. It's time to bring Reverence Back.. to our own USA! To Stand -up for Jesus, and His Gosple... I pray for our earth, God's footstool, and for Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King- Our Lord God ~Math 5-35:36... I pray for the unborn,who need a voice..for good people to choose Life, and adoption... Amen. God Bless you Joni ~Jesus loves you~ So do I... Keeping each other in prayer, Cindy :)
