I always enjoy connecting with other quadriplegics who love Christ and are energized by a good challenge. Take my longtime friend, Don Bania. Don and his wife, Mary, help collect wheelchairs in the upper Midwest for our Wheels for the World outreach – and they do a remarkable job! Take a minute to watch Don's story, and then visit our Wheels for the World page for details on how you can help!

The house in the background of this photo is a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. The man looks well-groomed, well-cared for. What about the paraplegics who don't have the resources or caregivers he has? I've been in nursing homes that were dank dungeons & the caregivers more like prison guards. To this day, I can't drive past those places without shuddering. Makes me feel so helpless... so great the need... so little one can do.
