A great friend gave me this as a gift, when I was in the hospital, suffering Lupus. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. Whether suffering from a chronic illness or not...

Dear Joni, as you reveal to us what the Scriptures has to say about the spiritual richness God has to offer us,if we are willing to open our hearts for our Lord Jesus, God has used you as an instrument for His Kingdom by writing devotional books. In the past I have read some of them.Your books are also popular in Holland.Every christian bookstore has at least one book of you.Your books are desired by people who have an affliction because they recognise what you have written down, only you are further in Christlikeness.
