Beyond Suffering Pastor's ConferenceYour faithfulness is reaping a harvest throughout China! This year, over 300 Chinese pastors and church leaders attended Joni and Friends’ disability ministry conference, Beyond Suffering, where a detailed study of Scripture revealed a biblical view of suffering and disability. “This training is helping us to bring many disabled people into the Church,” said one disability ministry leader. “Joni and Friends has helped us to understand God’s heart and empowered us to extend His love in practical ways. Your training has given us God’s work to do!” If you, like these church leaders, are looking for disability ministry training to extend God's love in your church, check out our education and training resources – including new online courses! Whether you’re an individual seeking to learn more about disabilities, a church wanting to start a disability ministry, or an educator searching for resources for your classroom, Joni and Friends can help you develop your disability ministry and answer the call in the Gospel of Luke 14.

Dear Joni, I feel one with the Chinese people, because they are such dedicated disciples of Christ. In the Netherlands I always pray for them when I order Chinese food in a Chinese restaurant, because most of them are Buddhists. For this reason Hudson Taylor travelled to China as the first Protestant missio- nary because he realised they are lost without Jesus Christ.
