A Breakthrough Medication for MS

Patricia OliverMy friend Pat has multiple sclerosis and has been part of a clinical trial for a new MS medication – she has seen positive results. This year, the FDA finally gave the drug its ‘breakthrough therapy designation’ for people with progressive multiple sclerosis – if you have either progressive or relapsing MS, talk to your doctor about this new FDA-approved drug. And please pray for Pat and so many like her who struggle with this debilitating condition; may this new medication be the first of many that eventually make multiple sclerosis a thing of the past (like polio in North America).
