I was blindsided reading the blog this week - oh my, if you combine all the responses from Facebook, my radio page, and Joni's Blog, we've got a great group of friends committed to reading Through-the-Bible-in-a-Year. Yesterday, when I showed Ken how many of you were responding, he shook his head and whispered, "Wow, just look what we started!" But I beg to disagree - this is definitely something the Holy Spirit has started! And it's not too late to join us - just download the chronological reading schedule, tuck it in your Bible, and get ready for one amazing adventure this year. By the way, we've collected your e-mail addresses and created a 'group' so Ken and I can cheer you on with occasional messages. Get ready to start on January 1, beginning in Genesis. Together let's say, "I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws. I will obey your decrees" (Psalm 119:6-8).

I am following a program since 2004 and was able to read through the bible for the past eight year in a row. Tomorrow I will be reading the Revelation 21 and 22 then I will be done for this year 2011. To God be the Glory that I could read his word faithfully. God bless you and all other who are reading the Bible, It is definately the Lamp unto our feet and a Light unto our path. Keep reading - From Ps. Samuel Reddy.

I'm interested in the reading through the Bible, I copied the list but don't know where to "sign" up for this. This is something that I have wanted to know and do for a long time. Thank you and your husband for providing this great oppurtunity to get into the Bible better and to understand it more.

Joni, you have inspired me in my walk with God since I was in my teens (I'm now in my late 30s). I've read most of your books and have some of your music. I'm also a wheelchair user. I live in the UK. I'm going to join you in reading the Bible chronologically in 2012.

Thank y'all SO much! I have long been an advocate of chrnological Bible study...longtime fan of the Reese Chronological Bible. But, I have, sadly, not read through the Bible chronologically. But, your downloadable plan, as you suggest, I can just tuck into my Bible! Thank you Ken and Joni!

I want to be a part of "your group" reading thru the Bible in 2012. It is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that will get us through 2012. God bless!

Please add me to your list of those committed to reading the Bible in a year. I committed to do this this year with a friend with terminal cancer and got distracted by grief from both her death and my dad's this summer. I haven't made it past Isaiah, and want to fulfill my commitment to her, to you and to the Lord.
