If you know me, I’m always seeking God’s heart for ways we can multiply the Good News of Jesus Christ in our dark and hurting world. In fact, I delight in asking others to help me do just that! And you’ll never guess what happened…
A dear friend of the ministry took me up on it! He said that he and his wife would match, dollar for dollar, every gift we receive until July 15, 2008 – up to a total of $250,000 – this means together we can raise a total of $500,000 to reach even more people for Christ!
Even as I write this today, people with disabilities worldwide are ready to receive the Gospel with its sleeves rolled up! And that’s what The Good News Initiative is all about. It’s in-the-trenches, its hands on – it’s not just proclaiming the words of Jesus, it’s demonstrating His love in the best way possible – by alleviating suffering.
In order to make this match, I need to hear from you by July 15th. Let’s roll up our sleeves together and double the impact of every dollar you give.
